Integrated Management System Policy

GRUPO INVERDAMA is a group in which the company FRIDAMA INSTALACIONES, S.L. is integrated and whose activity includes the design and assembly of air conditioning, ventilation and low voltage electrical installations. 

GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. is aware of the importance of the significance of quality and the environment, at present and in the future, as essential factors to achieve the success of the company, achieve customer satisfaction, and integrate values of respect for the environment in the exercise of its activity.

GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L., due to its commitment to quality and environmental development, has an integrated quality and environmental management system that adapts to its processes, activities and services, complying with the requirements established in the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

This Policy is established in order to guide the management of the organization, such orientation is embodied in the following guidelines:

  • Customer orientation: Customers are our reason for being. GRUPO INVERDAMA seeks to achieve total customer satisfaction through the fulfillment of our service, knowing the customer's expectations, listening to them and involving them from the beginning in the determination of the quality that satisfies them, putting at their disposal our organization, as well as our human and technical resources. It is our goal to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, including stakeholders in the results of the company, in all matters relating to the performance of our activities and their impact on society.
  • Innovation: It is committed to maintain at all times a high level of innovation in the development and provision of its services within the framework of a permanent system of continuous improvement, so as to increase customer satisfaction and reduce, as far as possible, environmental and energy impacts.
  • Training: GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. pays special attention to the training of its staff. We consider it essential to motivate and train all staff working in the organization, both for the proper performance of their job and to act in accordance with the requirements imposed by the Standards of reference, providing a suitable environment for the operation of the processes.
  • Documentation: In order to maintain the maximum level of efficiency in our processes, it is necessary to systematize the activities carried out. This systematization aims to prevent the occurrence of problems caused by non-compliance with the controlled specifications, by defects in the provision of the service, keeping our customer permanently informed of those non-conformities that concern them and also ensuring effective communication between the different stakeholders.
  • Context and stakeholders: Commits to understand the context of the organization and determine the opportunities and risks of the same as a basis for action planning to address, assume or deal with them. As well as determining the internal and external interested parties that are relevant to the quality management system and comply with their requirements.
  • Commitment: GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. is committed to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as those of the customer as a basis for good service and efficient protection of the integrity and health of people, facilities, the environment and energy consumption and energy efficiency. It will ensure the availability of information and resources necessary to achieve the objectives set at all times and improve the results of quality management, environment and energy of the company.

All the personnel belonging to GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. is responsible for the follow-up and fulfillment of those procedures and instructions that affect him, having to assume a conscience of continuous improvement, that helps to minimize errors, contributing solutions that contribute to give satisfactory answers to the problems or situations that can arise.   • Environmental performance and energy efficiency: The rationalization, as far as possible, of the consumption of natural and energy resources, as well as the minimization of waste, emissions, noise and disturbances is an integral part of the objectives and strategies of GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. We are also committed to identify, evaluate and control the environmental aspects, especially those that are significant, trying to achieve continuous environmental improvement, fight against climate change and prevent pollution. We also support the purchase of energy-efficient products and services and design to improve energy performance.
  • Measurement and monitoring of parameters: The acquisition of information from the facilities in a safe and reliable way is one of the company's commitments and one of the pillars on which the company's business is based, working with monitoring and remote control systems natively.

The Management of GRUPO INVERDAMA, S.L. will permanently evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of this integrated management policy, ensuring, when necessary, the evolution and improvement of our integrated management system in order to achieve and review the objectives and goals set and also ensuring a continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing the appropriate improvements in each case, depending on the results obtained.

The Management is committed to the continuous maintenance of the integrated management system to ensure its adequacy to this policy, making its principles known to all staff and making it available to customers and any interested party.

FRIDAMA INSTALACIONES informs that, following the requirements of the quality and environmental system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standard that we have implemented, suppliers will be subject to regular monitoring and control in the identification and assessment of possible incidents related to the product / service that is provided. In case of any incident that is detected, suppliers will be informed for the proposal of possible solutions or agreements.

Announcement for stakeholders of the environmental performance

The implementation of the ISO 14001 standard at FRIDAMA INSTALACIONES has contributed to improving the company's environmental performance. 


Thus, periodically, objectives are defined in this area which, in parallel with the defined indicators, provide us with information on environmental performance, serving as a basis for decision-making in the organisation.


Likewise, the significant environmental aspects intrinsic to the certified activities are periodically identified.
