Integrated Management Policy
GRUPO INVERDAMA, whose business activity includes the design and installation of HVAC, ventilation, and low-voltage electrical systems, is aware of the importance of quality and environmental values—both now and in the future—as essential factors for the company’s success, achieving customer satisfaction, and integrating respect for the environment into the exercise of its activities.
GRUPO INVERDAMA, through its commitment to quality and environmental development, has implemented an integrated quality and environmental management system that aligns with its processes, activities, and services, complying with the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
This Policy is established with the aim of guiding the organization's management, which is reflected in the following principles:
- Customer Orientation: Customers are our reason for being. At GRUPO INVERDAMA, we aim for total customer satisfaction by delivering on our service commitments, understanding customer expectations, listening to them, and involving them from the start in defining the level of quality that meets their needs. We make our organization, as well as our human and technical resources, available to them. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, including stakeholders interested in the company's outcomes, in all matters related to our activities and their impact on society.
- Innovation: The company commits to maintaining a high level of innovation at all times in the development and delivery of its services, within the framework of a permanent continuous improvement system, to increase customer satisfaction and reduce environmental and energy impacts as much as possible.
- Training: GRUPO INVERDAMA pays special attention to the training of its staff. We consider it essential to motivate and train all personnel working within the organization, both for the proper performance of their duties and to ensure compliance with the applicable standards, while providing an appropriate environment for process operation.
- Documentation: To maintain the highest level of efficiency in our processes, a systematization of activities is required. This systematization aims to prevent issues arising from non-compliance with controlled specifications or service delivery failures, keeping customers informed of any non-conformities that concern them and ensuring effective communication among all relevant stakeholders.
- Context and Interested Parties: The company is committed to understanding the organization’s context and identifying its opportunities and risks as the basis for planning actions to address, assume, or manage them. It also seeks to identify internal and external stakeholders relevant to the quality management system and comply with their requirements.
- Commitment: GRUPO INVERDAMA is committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as client requirements, as the foundation of good service and effective protection of people’s integrity and health, facilities, the environment, and energy use and efficiency. The company will ensure the availability of the necessary information and resources to achieve the set objectives and improve the performance of quality, environmental, and energy management.
- Participation, Competence, and Leadership: Top management is committed to the development of the Quality Management System. Within our organization, the human team at GRUPO INVERDAMA is essential, and their personal satisfaction is a highly relevant factor that must be considered as a way to ensure customer satisfaction. A participatory environment is fostered among staff by adapting work to individuals, encouraging teamwork, individual recognition, and improvement suggestions. All GRUPO INVERDAMA personnel are responsible for following and complying with the procedures and instructions that apply to them. They must also maintain a mindset of continuous improvement that helps minimize errors and contribute solutions that lead to effective responses to any issues or situations that may arise. Staff participation is essential to achieving GRUPO INVERDAMA’s established objectives.
- Environmental Performance and Energy Efficiency: Wherever possible, rationalizing the use of natural and energy resources, as well as minimizing waste, emissions, noise, and disturbances, forms an integral part of GRUPO INVERDAMA's goals and strategies. We are also committed to identifying, evaluating, and controlling environmental aspects, particularly those that are significant, aiming to achieve continuous environmental improvement, combat climate change, and prevent pollution. We also support the purchase of energy-efficient products and services and energy-conscious design to improve performance.
- Monitoring and Measurement: Acquiring installation data safely and reliably is one of the company's commitments and one of the core pillars upon which our business is built, as we work with native monitoring and remote-control systems.
GRUPO INVERDAMA’s Management will continually assess the application and effectiveness of this integrated management policy, ensuring that our integrated management system evolves and improves where necessary to meet and review the set objectives and goals. We also guarantee continuous analysis of all relevant processes, establishing appropriate improvements in each case based on the results obtained.
Management is committed to the continuous maintenance of the integrated management system to ensure its alignment with this policy, to communicate its principles to all staff, and to make it available to clients as well as any other interested parties.
